DREAM THEATER singer James LaBrie will release his second solo album, entitled Mullmuzzler II (and appearing under the name James LaBrie’s MULLMUZZLER) on September 11th through Magna Carta Records. According to an update from James LaBrie on his official site, the vocals and instruments for the new MULLMUZZLER CD have all been recorded. Mixing started on March 10th. Steven Wilson of PORCUPINE TREE was originally going to mix the new album. Unfortunately, James was unable to get the recordings to Steven before Porcupine Tree's current European tour. Instead, the album will be mixed by Victor Florencia. According to the DREAM THEATER vocalist, "He is an incredible mixer and is very similar to Steven in that he is young and innovative with the sonics of music." Dave McKean will be doing the cover artwork for the album. He also did the artwork for Scenes From A Memory and the first Mullmuzzler album.
