LAKE OF TEARS changed label. They moved to Dockyard 1, new label of ex-Noise/Sanctuary members. New CD will be released on spring 2006.  

After doing some rehearsals for the first time in almost four years, Mikael, Daniel and Johan has decided to go on with the band. "Rehearsing has been Very fun ...really rusty, but very fun and special", says Daniel. The band is also negotiating with a well known label about a possible contract.

Sweden's LAKE OF TEARS have posted an MP3 containing samples of three songs ("Down the Nile", "Sorcerers", and "Nathalie And the Fireflies") from their forthcoming fifth full-length album, entitled The Neonai, at this location.

The Neonai was recorded with producer Ulf Wahlberg at Stockholm's XTC studios, and is set for release on August 26th through Black Mark Production.

Featuring return guest appearances by former TIAMAT/DISMEMBER guitarist Magnus Sahlgren (who appeared on 1999's Forever Autumn) and vocalist Jennie Tebler (who guested on "Lady Rosenred" off 1997's A Crimson Cosmos), The Neonai will contain the following track listing:
