KISS have officially parted ways with the Universal Records Group (i.e. Mercury/PolyGram) and currently seeking a new record deal, frontman Paul Stanley has confirmed. "After our long relationship with our record company, it seemed to be in our best interest to part ways and to look to all the options to decide where we go from here," Stanley stated on the group's official web site.
Meanwhile, KISS' long-awaited Alive IV album is rumored to have been pushed back to a winter release through an unspecified label as a result of scheduling conflicts with producer Bob Ezrin, who is set to produce the two projected new cuts that will appear as part of the set.
