DARK FUNERAL re-sign with Regain Records. Here is update from their site:
"We have just signed a new record deal with Regain Records, not a day too late! We are currently busy setting up plans for the future of the band among many other things. We will also start finalizing the material and songs for the new album. We want to hit the studio ASAP! Anyway, lots of things are happening right now, finally!. From now on we will do our best to keep you as up to date as possible, with the progress on the new album etc....
We have also confirmed to play this years edition of Metal Mind Festival in Poland (March 12). And on the 13th we begin the 16 date No Mercy Festival tour, with Six Feet Under, Nile among others. This tour will however not affect our song writing process. We have already made arrangements for this and will set up a small but decent studio on the tour bus so we can work effectively on the new album while on tour."

WOLFEN SOCIETY, the much-talked-about project that in its early incarnation featured DARK FUNERAL’s Lord Ahriman, ACHERON’s Vincent Crowley, INCANTANTION’s Kyle Severn and THE ELECTRIC HELLFIRE CLUB’s Thomas Thorn & Ricktor Ravensbruck, will finally issue its debut MCD, entitled Conquer Divine, through No Fashion Records in Europe in January and House Of Death Records in the USA. In other news, Thomas Thorn (keyboards) and Ricktor Ravenbruck (guitars) have officially left the band for unspecified reasons, with Thorn having been replaced by ACHERON’s Aaron Werner and the group currently on the lookout for a new lead guitarist.
In related news, after two long years of silence, ACHERON has returned with a brand new 7-inch release, entitled Xomaly, which is available through Italy’s Warlord Records (www.warlordrecords.com). The band also has a South American show scheduled for December 8th, 2001 in Caracas, Venezuela at Teatro Sala Cadafe with special guests STRATUZ and LEAVES.
