After their successful debut in 2000, CORNERSTONE are on the start again. The melodic heavies have just finished the recordings to their second album “Human Stain”, the new material is definitely much harder and partly tends to the Deep Purple/Rainbow style, but still has its own unmistakable touch. The lyrics are all about the “good” things in life: corruption, conceit, conspiracy. We can already tell you some titles and information around them: “UNCHOSEN ONE” is about corruption and conspiracy theories and puts questions like “Is there a new world order?”, while “FOREVER YOUNG” reminds a little bit of Oscar Wilde.s “Picture of Dorian Gray”, where a man let his painting grow older instead of himself, but in the meantime he becomes dissolute concerning his character. What might seem important and good from the outside, does not necessarily mean the same for the character of a person. “HUMAN STAIN” will be released 25th of February 2002. Not only singer Doughie White, who needed only five days to record his parts this time, is enthusiastic about the songs already!!
